IT'S A GIRL!

Much to the surprize of all of us.
This is the face of a Beautiful little girl. ZACH was a little disappointed I think. He looked at his dad and said " I thought it was a BOY"
After a minute he said " Big brother to two little sisters...This is going to be awesome." He said "mom you made me change my mind at first I wanted a BOY but now I want a girl!" Later last night he was playing on his own and I heard him say to himself..."Two little sisters" As if to say its not moms fault she couldn't help it. How quickly they learn to say things to please us.

This little foot Belongs to a Very Cute little Girl!

Snow Bubbles and Christmas Trees!

As many of you who live around us know it has begun to snow! So, we have had to get creative with the entertainment. My kids have taken to bubble baths in mom's tub. They have found if you turn on the jets you can get some good results.
Jackie getting lost in the the white wonderful "pupples"!
Zachman claims the job of life guard.

We have made it somewhat of a tradition to go hunt for a Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. This year we invited Grandpa and Grandma Woodruff to go with us.

(Zach, Grandpa Woodruff and Dan getting the tree into the truck)

Grandma, Dan and Jackie search for the perfect tree for Grandma. This one wasn't it.

And in other exciting news. I suppose we can officially announce, though most of you already know. We are having another baby! We don't know the gender yet. We will learn that on the 23rd, a fun Christmas present for us.
Zach is determined that it is a boy. He has given him many names my favorite so far is
"Train Dude"!
This is not actually our baby, but it is the same age. 18 Weeks! The baby is due on Dan's birthday the 13th of May. But my very kind doctor says he can induce me a week early so I told Cam his birthday present was going to be around 7-8 lbs this year. We are really excited!

I am Thankful for.....

Girls Weekends.

Chanelle, Kami and myself stopping for breakfast

before continuing a weekend of endless shopping.

I am thankful for an
Awesome husband
who not only took care of the kids but cleaned the house and taught my Sunbeams. I only wish I had a recent photo.
I am thankful for a
Great Preschool Teacher in Billye Sue!

Zach came home from his "finger food feast" at Preschool with this cool Pilgrim hat.
Of course Jackie had to have one. We soon found ourselves in need of the other half of the
First Thanksgiving!

I would like to introduce you to
" Runs with Rolling Pen"

And her brother "Won't Smile for Picture "

Zach says the story behind all of this is...
"I am the mom of an Indian baby and a Pilgrim baby and they are now all grown up and not afraid to go places on their own. So, we are all neighbors."
Now Zach can visit "First America" at which time he is an Indian. And Jackie can visit
"North America" at which time she becomes a Pilgrim. Hours of entertainment.

I am thankful for
Construction Paper, glue sticks and child safe scissors.

And I am extremely Thankful and Grateful for these
Cute Kids.
They fill my world with so much joy and make believe!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

August!

Thanks to my Dad we now have some picture of what we have been up to since our camera met its demise.

Labor Day Weekend!

We spent the holiday in Yellowstone with Both of our parents, Dan's sister Kami and her family.
Here are a few shots of our trip.Cousins are so FUN!
Mallori, Kaden, Jackie,Zach,Tyler and Reagan Isn't she the cutest!

The Fountain Geyser.

The kids in their new Yellowstone Shirts.

The Dragon's mouth at the Mud Volcanos.

The night before I was telling the kids about a shy Dragon that lived in a cave. It never came out just sat in there and roared and blow out steam. Zach was a little nervous to get to close to the Dragon's Cave. We had to explain what it meant to tell a story and use your imagination.

Old Faithful

One can not go to Yellowstone without visiting this old favorite!

It only took 7 or 8 count downs to get them to flip the switch and cue the geyser!

Jackie's 2nd Birthday

I can't believe our cute little baby girl is TWO. I know everyone says it but how does time go by so fast. Jackie has been all about Tinkerbell lately so we had a Tinkerbelle Birthday cake and great Family and Friends. Thanks everyone for celebrating with us.

The Safety Train

Zach loved his ride on the Safety Train. The train left from Brigham City and travel to Crystal Hot Springs and back again. It was a dream come true for Zach.

Zach getting ready for the train to leave the Brigham Depot.

We had a great summer. But I for one am looking forward to the schedule that this beautiful fall weather brings.

NO Camera :(

I wish I could say I have been doing so many exciting things that I haven't had time to post but that wouldn't be the whole truth. The fact of the matter is that our camera took a little swim on our 24th of July vacation and and well it drown. So blogging without pictures just doesn't seem as fun.

I am hopeful that we will get a new one soon. Anyone have any advice on a good simple camera. I don't need 37 lens, I just want to beable to take a picture without a 10 second delay and a blur on every shot. I would love any recommendation or warnings against bad ones.

What we have been up to.

Dan has been finishing the basement one board at a time and has just finished framing. Now he is starting to pull wire. VERY EXCITING!

ZACH is very excited because he is now the proud owner of a real drill. Dan needed a new one for a number of reasons and when they came home from the store with it Zach came running in the door yelling " Mom I get my own DRILL". He hasn't stopped drilling holes since.

Zach also started gymnastics today. I think he is going to be really good at it. It was fun to watch him.

Jackie is reaching that ripe old age of 2! Wow! Where does the time go. One week from today and she will be offical. She has also started gymnastic. We are taking a mommy and me class together. I love mommy and me classes. We took swimming lessons together and let me tell you Jackie is a fish. She did so well. Now she spends her entire bath floating on her back. She will lift and arm and then a leg. She loves it when we wash her hair she just closes her eyes and floats away.

Myself, I have been on a real reading kick the past few weeks. Lots of fun books. Thanks Connie for the bookclub recommendation. Well worth the penny I spent on amazon.

So, That is where we are at. Minus the really cute pictures.
